Using Topics in the Inbox

Sort your inbox and keep your conversations organized

When a contact responds to a Topic question in a bot, a small note will be added to the conversation in your inbox.

These topics help you see at a glance what each conversation is about without diving into each one. A topic will stay on the conversation card until it is marked done and a new conversation begins.
