Do I have to download anything?

You sign into your Shout account straight from your web browser. We also recommend downloading our mobile companion app to take care of business on the go!

Will I get charged per text?

Paid Shout subscriptions include unlimited inbound and 750 outbound text message segments each month. Charges are only applied to outbound text message segments in excess of 750 each month. Learn more about message segments.

Is Shout to Shout really free?

Yes! Shout to Shout is not a free trial. It is 100% free - simple as that! This means you have full access to all of Shout’s core CRM functionality and unlimited Shout to Shout messages -- Forever!

Is there customer support?

You can message Shout Support any time right inside of your account. Guides and Best Practices can be found in our Help Center. We also encourage all of our users to join the Shout Users Facebook Group where you can ask questions and learn from other Shout users.

Does Shout have a referral program?

Yes - Share your referral link and get Shout Credit when your friends subscribe to Shout!

Can I change my subscription at any time?

Whether you choose monthly or annual billing, you can use Shout with no strings attached! Paid subscriptions are month to month, and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.

How does the free trial work?

After you sign up, you get full access to all of the available features and up to 750 outbound text message segments in the plan of your choice for 7 days, free of charge. Thereafter, your subscription will automatically begin. If outbound text messages exceed 750 within the 7 trial period, your trial will end and your subscription will begin automatically.
