How does the free trial work?
After you sign up, you get full access to all of the available features free of charge. Thereafter, your subscription will automatically begin. If automated text messages exceed the plan limit, your trial will end and your subscription will begin automatically.
Is the Free Forever plan really Free?
Yes! The Free Forever plan is not a free trial. It is 100% free - simple as that! This means you have full access to all of Shout’s core CRM functionality and unlimited Shout to Shout messages -- Forever!
Can I change my subscription?
Whether you choose monthly or annual billing, you can use Shout with no strings attached! Paid subscriptions are month to month, and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.
Will I get charged per text?
Paid Shout subscriptions include unlimited inbound and conversational text messaging. You are only charged for text messages sent by an automation. Automations include broadcast messages, bots, drips, order alerts, order followups, and shipping alerts.
What is core CRM?
CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. All Shout plans, free or paid, come standard with Core CRM functionality, which includes unlimited Contacts, Groups, Bots, Inbox Channels, Tags, Notes, Templates, and Scheduled Messages.
Is there a Shout referral program?
